Understand the equipment.

For established gummy production and a larger output target. Start with how the product moves through the line.

Mix, cook and hold

The cooking system combines ingredient preparation with a holding vessel to supply the depositing process. Heating choice changes the site power requirement.

Deposit into moving molds

A servo-driven depositing head fills the cavity rows. The mold circuit advances through the cooling tunnel before the gummies are released.

Transfer to finishing

Demolded gummies drop onto a collection belt for downstream handling. Specify drying, sugar sanding or oil coating to suit your product.

Before you choose EVO300.

How many gummies will the line make?

Start with the 300 kg/h nominal mass capacity. Piece count changes with gummy weight, recipe, cavity arrangement and operating conditions. Share your product specification for an output assessment.

Can I make two colors or a center-filled gummy?

Discuss the required depositing, dosing and mold configuration with Evocan. These capabilities depend on the equipment selected and are not assumed for every build.

Are the molds and finishing equipment included?

The quote defines the included mold sets and equipment. Tell us if you need sugar sanding, oil coating, handling trays or additional shapes.

How do I order and arrange shipping?

Call Evocan or prepare a quote request. Our team confirms specifications, availability, shipping and invoice details. Payment is by ACH or wire, with shipping quoted separately.

Think beyond the depositor.
