How do I order molds and slip sheets?
Browse the mold catalog and send the model codes and quantities you need. For slip sheets, tell us the material, length, width and thickness. We’ll confirm specifications, minimum quantities, availability, lead time and pricing before your order. The 50-unit minimum applies to trays only.
What can vented trays be used for?
Common applications include bar soap curing, bath bomb drying, gummies and jellies, confectionery staging, botanical air-drying, and parts handling. These are uses of this tray style; suitability for your product depends on material, grid openings, stacked clearance, load, and process conditions. Explore the applications.
Are the trays already in stock?
Yes. This storefront is built around Evocan’s existing tray inventory. Contact us to confirm availability for large orders and coordinate shipping.
What is the minimum tray order?
The minimum is 50 trays. We sell in complete lots of 50: 50, 100, 150, and so on. When volume pricing is active, trays are $24 each at 50, $22 from 100, $20 from 250, and $18 from 500. For 1,000 or more trays, request special pricing from our team.
Are the wheeled bases included?
No. The listed product is the tray only. Dollies and other equipment visible in the inventory photographs are not included. Tray dollies are sold separately. See the dolly section for pricing and availability.
Will these fit my current rack or trays?
Check the measurement photos and confirm exact dimensions before ordering. Compatibility with other tray brands, racks, or dollies has not been established.
Can I use them for food or heated drying?
Please contact us for material documentation and operating limits before using these trays for direct food contact or heated processing. Suitability depends on your process requirements.
How do payments work?
Credit cards are accepted only for final order totals of $2,000 USD or less, including shipping and applicable taxes. Orders above $2,000 USD require direct wire transfer. Request an invoice so we can confirm the final amount and payment instructions.
How do larger orders ship?
