Can it make two-color or filled candies?
The dual-hopper system supports two-color and dual-flavor products. Share your shell and filling requirements for filled candies so we can confirm the required configuration and recipe fit.
Is this the same as the Mini Depositor Kit?
No. The EVO30 is a dual-hopper depositing system. The EVO MDK Mini Depositor Kit combines a cooker and depositor. We can help you choose around your product and existing preparation equipment.
Are molds and demolding equipment included?
Molds, release tools, cooling and other downstream equipment are specified separately in your quote. The gallery’s manual demolding example does not imply an automatic demolding station is included.
