Cooking and holding

Controlled cooling

How many gummies will the line make?

Start with the 150 kg/h nominal mass capacity. Piece count changes with gummy weight, recipe, cavity arrangement and operating conditions. Share your product specification for an output assessment.

Can I make two colors or a center-filled gummy?

Discuss the required depositing, dosing and mold configuration with Evocan. These capabilities depend on the equipment selected and are not assumed for every build.

Are the molds and finishing equipment included?

The quote defines the included mold sets and equipment. Tell us if you need sugar sanding, oil coating, handling trays or additional shapes.

How do I order and arrange shipping?

Call Evocan or prepare a quote request. Our team confirms specifications, availability, shipping and invoice details. Payment is by ACH or wire, with shipping quoted separately.
